Built for Irish dairy & beef processors

One submission from each farm.
Every report your processor needs.

MooTrack standardises farm sustainability data from AgNav exports, Bord Bia assessments, Agrecalc outputs, or direct uploads — and turns it into audit-traceable CSRD, CDP, and GHG Protocol outputs. No spreadsheet consolidation.

Every result is shown with source context, methodology version, and readiness status so buyers can see what is suitable for internal use, disclosure, or audit support.

The problem

The farm data exists. The reporting infrastructure doesn't.

Bord Bia has run over 290,000 carbon assessments. AgNav is live across Irish farms. Yet processors still can't easily turn that fragmented data into auditable, framework-ready CSRD and CDP outputs.

MooTrack is not another farm calculator. It is the assurance and translation layer that sits above existing tools — ingesting whatever data your suppliers have and generating the processor-grade compliance packages you actually need.

CSRD Scope 3 is now mandatory
Large food companies must disclose Scope 3 Category 1 emissions from their supply chains. Farm-level data needs consolidating, normalising, and formatting.
Data comes from five different places
AgNav exports, Bord Bia assessments, Agrecalc outputs, Cool Farm data, and direct surveys can all arrive in different formats. Normalising them manually takes weeks.
Auditors need provenance, not just numbers
Regulators require traceable evidence: what was submitted, from which source, under which methodology, and whether it changed. A spreadsheet can't do that.
How it works

Upload, import, or submit. MooTrack handles the workflow from there.

Farmers upload a PDF or CSV, import an AgNav export, or enter data manually. MooTrack handles the downstream normalisation, filing preparation, and audit trail.

1
Farm submits data
Upload a PDF / CSV report, import an AgNav export, upload a Bord Bia assessment, or enter manually. Typically under 5 minutes.
2
MooTrack parses & normalises
AI extracts key figures from any document. All sources mapped to IPCC Tier 2 + Teagasc EF. Methodology delta logged.
3
Audit record created
SHA-256 hash and timestamp applied. Source, methodology, submitter, and any revisions permanently logged.
4
All outputs generated
CSRD ESRS E1, GHG Protocol Scope 3, CDP package, and ACRES filing prep — simultaneously, from one submission.
Built for every stakeholder

Each person sees their pain removed

Cut reporting labour. Raise coverage. Close audit gaps.

A sustainability director shouldn't spend weeks consolidating farm data. MooTrack shows the action queue for this week — missing farms, high-intensity outliers, framework deadlines — not just charts.

Why MooTrack

Built for Irish processors. Not adapted for them.

Existing tools cover parts of the problem. MooTrack is the processor assurance layer above all of them.

Methodology

Clear calculation logic. Clear limits.

MooTrack estimates farm emissions from submitted or imported activity data, maps it to recognised methodology, and shows exactly how ready each result is for internal use, disclosure, or audit support.

4
Main input groups
Animal data, production data, management data, and external source documents.
3
Readiness labels
Internal management, disclosure-ready, and audit-supporting outputs.
1
Normalised logic
All imported records are mapped to one consistent MooTrack calculation structure.
0
Black-box claims
Every result shows source, period, methodology version, and revision status.
1
Collect the farm activity data
MooTrack accepts direct entry or imported source files. The platform captures the reporting period, source type, key herd and production variables, and any missing fields that affect confidence.
Herd size, cattle type, production output, grazing and housing pattern
Diet, additive use, manure handling, and uploaded source documents where available
Source origin recorded as direct submission, export import, or uploaded assessment file
2
Estimate emissions by source
The calculation engine separates the main emissions sources rather than returning one unexplained number. Results are normalised to the same model structure so processor reporting stays comparable across farms.
Enteric methane
Manure management emissions
Reduction effect from declared mitigation measures where the input is present
IPCC Tier 2Teagasc EF 2024Methodology version logged
3
Convert totals into usable intensity metrics
Raw emissions totals are translated into intensity metrics that a processor can use for supplier comparison, trend analysis, and framework reporting.
Total annual CO₂e estimate
Emissions intensity per output unit
Coverage, trend, and supplier outlier flags for processor follow-up
4
Show confidence, assumptions, and readiness
MooTrack does not treat every record as equally reliable. Each output is labelled according to the quality and completeness of the underlying data so users know what can be used where.
Missing fields are flagged and lower the readiness status
Imported records retain source references, timestamps, and revision history
Outputs can be marked internal only, disclosure-ready, or audit-supporting
Important: MooTrack estimates emissions from farm activity data using recognised methodology. It does not directly measure methane in the field and it does not independently verify the truth of every underlying farm input. What it does provide is a structured estimate with transparent assumptions, source traceability, and a clear readiness label.
Trust and governance

Built to be trusted by buyers, not just admired in a demo.

MooTrack is designed as a reporting and assurance layer. That means the product must explain ownership, permissions, retention, and limits just as clearly as it explains outputs.

A
Data ownership and permissions
Farm records remain attributable to the submitting farm or authorised source. Processor access is role-based and the platform records which source was used for each submission.
Farmer-provided uploads and direct submissions accepted in pilot deployments
Imported source files are stored with source reference and import date
Outputs are generated from authorised inputs captured inside the workspace
B
Audit trail and revision control
Every submission creates a persistent record showing what was submitted, when, by whom, under which methodology version, and whether any revision took place afterward.
Submission timestamp and record ID
Source type and methodology version logged per record
Change history preserved for downstream review and dispute resolution
C
Security and retention
Pilot environments should store only the minimum data needed for reporting outputs, keep named user access explicit, and define retention clearly from day one.
Workspace access controlled by named users and roles
Supporting files retained alongside the generated record where supplied
Exports available as PDF, CSV, and structured record views
D
What MooTrack does and does not claim
Credibility comes from precision. MooTrack should never overclaim what the platform proves.
Does: standardise records, document methodology, preserve evidence trails, and generate processor-ready outputs
Does not: replace official scheme portals, create legal assurance on its own, or directly measure field methane
Supports: internal management, disclosure preparation, and audit support depending on record quality
Key buyer questions

The answers a serious buyer will look for.

Is MooTrack a carbon calculator?
Not primarily. MooTrack is the processor workflow, reporting, and assurance layer that sits above farm data inputs and turns them into usable outputs.
Does MooTrack replace AgNav, Bord Bia, or Agrecalc?
No. The platform is designed to sit above existing sources and direct submissions, standardising them into one processor-ready operating layer.
How often is data updated?
Typically by reporting cycle, scheme deadline, or supplier update. MooTrack records the reporting period and preserves the previous submission history.
What does audit-ready mean here?
It means the record has enough source, timestamp, methodology, and completeness support to help an auditor trace the figure. It does not mean MooTrack independently guarantees the truth of every farm input.
What if data is incomplete?
The record remains visible, but the readiness label drops and the missing data becomes a follow-up task for the processor team.
What does a buyer get in the pilot?
A configured workspace, supplier onboarding flow, data intake from approved sources, generated outputs, action queues, and a documented audit trail within a defined pilot scope.
